Electric outlets were bad, no coffee maker, no soap, no house keeping

Great price, location, generally clean and comfortable

AC quit middle of the night during a hest wave. Desk unresponsive. No breakfast or coffee as advertised. When i went to the manager instead of a simple apology she made excuses why it wasent her fault.

The breakfast was amazing!! Hotel employee did a great job keep the room clean and organized food was delicious. They had a big variety of foods to choose from.

Clerk was on phone for 21 minutes while we waited to check in. No internet service during our stay. Bathroom door too warped to remotely close. Some sort of plumping leak soaked the carpet near the bathroom and sink.

Blood spot on the sheets and hair. Outside the pool looked like they cleaned the filters and never cleaned up the mess. Bathroom door would not shut. Hot tub was cold

ceiling in the bathroom was leaking I believe from a broken water pipe. Bedding was not clean. Carpet was ripped up and had holes in it. Staff did not care.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Check in and check out was quick and easy.

The bed. It was very soft and 2 adults on the bed rolled towards each other all night.

The guy working was very kind

It was dirty, when we walked into our room the bed wasnt even made super gross.

The pictures make this hotel look 10x better than it really is. It's a total dump from the outside, but the hotel doesn't share those... It was close to where I needed to be for the week.

Completely run down and needs a lot of work. Doesn't deserve 4/5 stars. 1 star at best, but it's Stugis, so many someone thinks it's classy? Not me.

A very nice staff person cooked breakfast to order each morning.

No premium streaming services

We needed a room last minute. The price was fair and you are pet friendly.

The front desk believed that she couldn't take a gift card because it didn't have a name. I told her to double check with her manager. I understand the policy for credit cards but gift cards should be excepted.

The pool was nice.

Need better description of room location. Outside entrance room is fine when the weather is nice but when it's 10 degrees outside and you have to go outside to get to your room from the pool is not great. A public restroom close to the pool is needed.

Night manager was very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to interstate and services.

Very disappointing. Anniversary, arrived late from touring Blackhills. Room had very strong smell from beds and carpet. Did not stay, all other hotels booked, ended our trip, arrived home at 3am. 1st issue w/ reservations in over 30+ years.

The room was so clean which we really appreciated. Front desk person helped us select a place for dinner and was very friendly. We accidentally selected a pet friendly room do she changed that for us. Location was easy to find and convenient.

We were not aware it was a motel vs a hotel. Parking lot was rough.

Friendly staff, accommodating, helpful in every way. Beds were comfy, and they had good heavy curtains. Breakfast was included, though we did not eat there. Though we were on the edge of town, it was nice and quite.

Room had hair in the bathtub,so it didn¿t feel quite clean¿

The breakfast staff was excellent and friendly and will to accommodate our needs.

The facility needs repairs and updates. We didn't have towels for the pool, no kleenix and one of the beds had dog hair on it. When reported to the front desk they brought a clean comforter but failed to take out the dirty one...left it on the bed

Room was very clean. But the building overall needs renovation.

Breakfast

This was falsely advertised as a hotel. The room door leads to the outside so it is a motel. My young children had to walk outside in the cold to go swimming. The motel was also very run down with an abandoned restaurant attached to it.

Staff was super nice!! The parking lot was well lit.

Oh my well for one I don’t think my floor had been vacuumed for at least 2-3 visitors before me. It was far from clean, but I guess it will work if traveling with pets. It sure beat the Quality Inn in Spearfish.
